1. Who we are
Vagabond Studio (the service) is built and run by an independent developer based in Lyon, France (the operator). You can reach the operator at said.souidi.career@gmail.com.
2. Accepting these terms
By connecting a TikTok account to Vagabond Studio or by using the service in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. What the service does
Vagabond Studio lets you sign in with your TikTok account, prepare a photo carousel or a video, write its caption, preview every slide and then send it to TikTok. Depending on what you choose, the post is either sent to your TikTok inbox as a draft that you finish in the TikTok app, or published directly with the privacy level you pick. Nothing is ever posted without you clicking Publish, and the service only posts to accounts you connected yourself.
4. Who can use it
You must be old enough to hold a TikTok account under TikTok's own rules and under the law of your country, and at least 16 years old if you live in the European Union. You must be the owner of every TikTok account you connect, or be authorised by its owner.
5. Your content
You keep every right you have on the photos, videos, texts and captions you prepare in the service. You give the operator only the limited permission needed to store, process and send that content to TikTok on your behalf. You are solely responsible for what you publish, and you confirm that you hold the rights to it, including the rights of any person who appears in it.
You agree not to use Vagabond Studio to publish content that breaks the law, infringes someone else's rights, is misleading, harasses or targets a person, or breaks the TikTok Terms of Service or the TikTok Community Guidelines.
6. TikTok
Vagabond Studio is not made, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok. It uses the official TikTok for Developers APIs (Login Kit and Content Posting API). Your use of TikTok itself stays governed by TikTok's own terms. TikTok can change, limit or stop these APIs at any time, which can affect the service.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, not to overload, reverse engineer or disrupt the service, not to use it to send spam or automated mass posting, and not to resell or share access to it.
8. Availability and changes
The service is provided free of charge, as is and as available. The operator may change, pause or stop it, in whole or in part, at any time. The operator will try to give notice of a permanent shutdown when possible.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the service at any time by disconnecting your account in Vagabond Studio or by removing its access in the TikTok app (Settings and privacy, Security, Manage app permissions). The operator may suspend access if these terms are broken.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect damage, lost audience, lost revenue or lost data, nor for any action taken by TikTok on your account or your posts. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot be limited under French law, nor your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. The effective date at the top of this section shows the latest version. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Before any legal action, please contact the operator so a solution can be found together. If none is found, the competent French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rights you have in your country of residence.
